It is interesting that SRJC has Vision / Mission / Values. Most organizations have Mission / Vision / Values. Can anyone identify why SRJC chose the lesser-used organization for this?

56:29
I am curious and would please like more clarification on- develop financial resources?

58:20
Can someone share the total number of enrolled students this semester?

58:21
pls

58:32
decline in enrollment in the past 2 years?

59:45
I like the part of civil engagement and innovation-risk taking....

01:01:20
Great job Julie

01:01:28
I also need to step out for about 30 minutes to attend a Chancellor's Office workgroup. I'll be back around 10:30.

01:01:44
I love data

01:05:33
Older adult programs were cut and we no longer allow them to continue reenrolling in programs.

01:07:37
I had similar thoughts to Sara- I am curious how this compares to the 55+ population data for the county. Has this changed? Overall cuts to the schedule as well as our recent move to remote could also contribute to this population drop.

01:08:27
Your inequalities are backwards

01:09:21
Why isn't Petaluma campus on this list?

01:09:33
Is "off campus" Petaluma?

01:10:34
This chart shows Petaluma, good

01:10:36
Off campus is Non Credit locations.

01:10:41
Is that headcount or FTE?

01:11:01
Proportions of headcounts

01:11:23
*Enrollments

01:13:24
Is concurrent dual enrollment?

01:14:16
Which region are we in ?

01:16:13
3,4,5

01:17:12
I would have liked to see some multi-year non-credit vs credit enrollment figures in this presentation :(

01:17:22
Would be helpful to label west County, south county, east county.

01:17:53
How much impact has 3 years of fires had on enrollment ?

01:23:51
I see 37,000 students who need algebra in that slide

01:26:15
Happy to see findings from Portrait of Sonoma County included here.

01:36:14
A lot of information

01:37:50
Do we have a way of capturing information of our homeless community?

01:43:07
Hi Debbie- There is a question asked on CCCApply if students are experiencing homelessness. Also students can self identifywith our Basic Needs dept. with a Student Referral form. So I assume this data is collected or compiled within SRJC.

01:45:54
thank you, it would be interesting to know how many students are attending with these specific challenges.

01:47:14
What did the environmental scan tell you about SRJC?What was missing from the environmental scan?Do you have a clear understanding of each element of strategic planning? If not, which element needs further clarification?Do you have any concerns or questions about our strategic planning process?

02:51:08

02:55:07
wait... we don't have algebra classes?

02:55:52
They will be outlawed this fall

02:59:52
Great job, Norma! Thanks for participating!

03:00:04
I tried

03:00:11
My apology for extending in info

03:00:11
AB705 prevented placement into pretransfer level 2 years ago. Starting in Fall 2023 we will no longer be allowed to offer pre transfer level math courses. It seems like this really changes the mission of the college from bringing all students from where ever they start to a place where they can improve their lives, to a institution that is solely for preparation of students who transfer.

03:00:42
thank you for your patience

03:01:00
Great Job Norma!

03:01:08
thanks Matti

03:01:21
Thanks Norma for reporting out for us!
