Has SEVP Portal considered adding supervisor information as an option for students to enter when reporting their own employment?

DSOs already do have this option in SEVIS to add already, but students do not

As a follow up to the 5-month rule question: if a F1 student was in Active status early this year and then decided to exit the U.S., due to the pandemic, and continue their studies from their home country through the end of the academic year, will they need to get a new I-20 prior to re-entering the country?

Has anyone given travel guidance on continuing students who are returning to the U.S from China in January? I know the U.S is implementing a two week quarantine upon arrival in to the U.S, but I’m having a hard time finding information on whether or not the student can successfully travel to the U.S directly from China?

There are OPT rejection for the incorrect filing fees

I had an OPT approval in less than a month as well, but, I have OPT receipt delays for more than a month and a half

In general, if an OPT is denied, you can submit a motion to reopen or a motion to reconsider (but there is no appeal). I would be happy to help as we have done several. Just reach out to me.
